About us: the experience behind our office
Paz Israel & Co. Law Office is a boutique firm that has built extensive experience over the years representing clients across a range of legal fields, with an emphasis on civil law, real estate including urban renewal, agreements, continuing powers of attorney, prenuptial agreements, corporate support, trademarks and more.
The office was founded more than a decade ago by Adv. Israel Paz. It is a highly accessible firm that provides ongoing advice to a number of companies and non-profit organisations, and our regular clients include private individuals as well as company and business owners.
We provide comprehensive, individual service tailored to each client’s needs, with creative and accessible solutions. For companies and individuals, we offer representation before the authorities, in the courts, before planning committees, in arbitration and in mediation. We serve a broad client base, including international corporations, public companies, growing companies, groups and individuals, and every client receives personal, highly professional attention.
The office has branches in Tel Aviv, Modi’in and Jerusalem.
Our team
Adv. Israel Paz
Adv. Israel Paz is a partner in the office, a certified arbitrator and an expert in real estate.
Adv. Israel Paz specialises in real estate and in British citizenship (in cooperation with a London law firm), family law, inheritance and wills, continuing powers of attorney and guardianship, companies and non-profits, and intellectual property in its various forms, such as copyright and trademark registration. He also advises start-up companies ahead of an exit.
Adv. Israel Paz has broad professional knowledge and is committed to high-quality, efficient legal service of a high standard, in close contact with the office’s clients.
Adv. Avraham Levi
Adv. Avraham Levi is a partner in our office, a certified mediator and an expert in the law and case law relating to prenuptial agreements. He is also authorised by the Administrator General to prepare continuing powers of attorney.
Adv. Avraham Levi specialises in civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on monetary claims and real estate claims, such as construction defects, regularising building violations, family law and prenuptial agreements, appointment of guardians, and inheritance and estates. Over the years he has gained extensive experience managing complex litigation, successfully representing clients against some of the largest companies in the economy, and has broad knowledge of civil law in all its branches.
Adv. Hani Chernobilsky
Lawyer, mediator and notary Hani Chernobilsky specialises in criminal law and has some 17 years of experience in real estate and family law, including wills and inheritance. Notary services and notarial authentication.
Adv. Chernobilsky holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law with honours from Bar-Ilan University.
Hani brings the office’s clients extensive experience and professional knowledge, and is committed to high-quality, efficient legal service of a high standard.

Adv. Sarah Ohana
Adv. Sarah Ohana specialises in civil and commercial law, with an emphasis on torts and on French passports and French citizenship. She also specialises in Portuguese passports and citizenship, in cooperation with law firms in Portugal and in Paris. Adv. Ohana has broad knowledge of French and Portuguese law and works with the various authorities in France and Portugal.
Adv. Sarah Ohana has broad professional knowledge and is committed to high-quality, efficient legal service of a high standard.
Adv. Ohana provides full legal advice and support in Hebrew, French and English.
Adv. Ortal Cohen
Adv. Ortal Cohen specialises in real estate and has extensive experience in the property field.
Her work ranges from ongoing support for ordinary real estate transactions to project support, complex property deals and combination transactions. Adv. Cohen also handles related litigation.
Adv. Ortal Cohen provides service of the highest standard, in keeping with our office’s standards: dedicated personal service for every client, efficient management, availability and accessibility. She accompanies each client’s transaction as if it were the transaction of a close family member.
